Peachland

Peachland is a calm neighbourhood located down the highway from West Kelowna. It is it's own self-contained, cozy area with a wide variety of homes. Older, single family homes up the hillside, and modern lakefront condos and estates down by the beaches.

Upper Mission

Glenrosa & Westbank

Glenrosa and Westbank are located at the southern end of West Kelowna. Up in the hills you'll find plenty of nature and wildlife, with single family homes on large lots. Towards the city centre you'll find older heritage homes and modern condo developments and plenty of shopping and dining options, and down by the lake is Gellatly - with some of the most impressive estates in the entire Okanagan.

West Kelowna

West Kelowna, consisting of Lakeview Heights, Rose Valley, Mount Boucherie and towards Shannon lake, is sure to have something for any buyer. Expansive views, quiet tree-lined streets and well-planned subdivisions make West Kelowna a popular choice, especially with a slightly lower cost of purchase. Kelowna South

East Kelowna

East Kelowna is well known for it's stretching rural landscape with orchards, vineyards, and panoramic views of the mountains. Rutland

Rutland is a fast growing district, perfect for first time buyers and working families. Rutland is a mostly residential neighbourhood although it's Kelowna's closest neighbourhood to Big White and other Skiing, Snowmobiling, and horse riding trails. Kelowna North
